The Business Assistance Program
offers confidential assistance to business owners, decision-makers
and consultants representing large and small, domestic and international
businesses. Our objective is to attract and retain business in our
region.
Assistance available includes:
- Site Selection
- Acquiring permits and licenses
- Coordinating with government agencies, ports, foreign trade zones, railroads and utility companies
- Personalized briefings tailored to meet specific needs
- Financial packaging and loan referrals
- Business plans and venture capital financing
- Advisory services for mergers and acquisition
Our services can be retained on a fee basis when a project requires more than a simple referral or answer to a few inquires. All fee-for-service activity is provided on a strictly confidential basis. Client references available upon request
